Nick is a doctor working in Chechnya when he encounters Katrine, a beautiful double-agent who is in trouble. Before he knows what has happened Nick is mistaken for another double-agent and an international crime syndicate sets out to end his life. Not knowing who to trust Nick tries desperately to unravel the mess without getting killed in the process.
